Pizza Dough Wrapped Cowboy Burger

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 cup In-store made guacamole, plus more as needed
  • 14 oz Pizza dough, thawed to room temperature
  • 6 Bacon sliders, or as many as needed
  • 6 Sliced muenster cheese, or more as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 375ºF. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Grill burgers until cooked to desired doneness. Set aside to rest.
  3. For each slider, tear off a piece of dough and roll out flat until large enough to wrap around a patty.
  4. Place a burger in center of dough and top with a slice of cheese.
  5. Wrap dough around burger then press and pinch dough until completely sealed.
  6. Place wrapped burgers on a sheet pan and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
  7. Top with guacamole or any of your favorite condiments.
