Pineapple Habanero Roasted Ham

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Hickory Smoked Uncured Carver Boneless Ham, (or desired sized)
  • 11.3 oz Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salted butter
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, leaves only chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Unwrap and drain any excess juices from ham packaging. Place ham on foil and lower into a rimmed baking pan.
  2. Fold foil up around ham. Pour sauce over the top and seal loosely. Cook for 15 minutes per pound.
  3. Open foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking time and sprinkle ham with brown sugar. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove ham from foil and place on serving tray loosely covered with foil.
  5. Add butter and any cooking juices to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer on stove top over medium heat until reduced by half. Pour over ham and garnish with cilantro if desired.
