Pimento and Ham Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
- 12 Large eggs
- 1/3 cup H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Pimientos, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Honey ham, diced
Instructions
- Melt butter in large skillet over low heat.
- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Beat with rotary beater until smooth and well blended.
- Pour into skillet and stir from outside edge toward center, allowing uncooked eggs in center to flow to outer edge.
- Continue stirring until all eggs have been cooked and mixture has a creamy appearance.
