Unsaved Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients

  • 20 Cocktail franks
  • 1 cup Apricot fruit spread
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Canola oil no-stick cooking spray
  • 10 oz Butter biscuits

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. Cut each biscuit in half and flatten into a 3-inch round.
  4. Place a small sausage in each, roll like a taco and place seam side down on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, combine fruit spread with mustard in a small bowl and serve as a dipping sauce.
