Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime, juiced
  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh, vine ripened tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2 Large avocados, peeled, seeded, sliced and chopped
  • 16 oz Tortilla chips
  • 1 Small White onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl and stir gently.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
  3. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
