Quick & easy:Pesto Salmon with Stuffed Mushrooms

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Basil pesto
  • 10 oz Raw salmon fillets
  • 7.5 oz Spinach mozzarella stuffed mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place salmon on one end of a foil-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Spread a teaspoon of pesto on top of each filet.
  2. Place stuffed mushrooms on the opposite end of the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and rest for 2 minutes before serving.
