Ingredients
- 6 oz Chamoy sauce
- 1.5 oz Sour straw candy, strawberry flavor, cut in half
- 2 oz Fresh mango, minced
- 1/2 cup Mi Tienda Botanero a la Diabla Snack Mix with Fruit, crushed, crushed
- 1/2 cup Clam tomato juice
- 2 Fresh cucumber(s), peeled, cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup Tajin seasoning
Instructions
- Place cucumbers on a cutting board. Use a jalapeño scooper to hollow out the inside of each cucumber, leaving 1/2 inch thickness on one end to act as the bottom when it's stood up.
- With cucumbers standing up, place a tablespoon of Botanero mix into each cucumber followed by 1 ounce of Tajín Chamoy.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Clamato Picante to each cucumber.
- Add candy to the hole of each cucumber and top with mango.
- Equally distribute any remaining liquid ingredients into the top of the cucumbers.
