  • 2 tbsp Limes, juiced
  • 6 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse and set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, combine pico de gallo, corn, lime juice, cheese and oil in a large pasta bowl.
  3. Add pasta to pico de gallo mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
