Orange Glazed Pork

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Orange juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 lb Center cut loin pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine juice, garlic and thyme. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Sauté 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
  5. Add juice mixture to pan and reduce for 3 minutes.
  6. Return chops to skillet and heat through. Serve immediately.
