Orange Beef

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb Sirloin steak, sliced thin
  • 1 Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Canola oil
  • 1 tsp Orange zest
  • 1/4 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Lite soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 Green onion, sliced in 2-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine steak, garlic, red pepper flakes and oil in a large bowl.
  2. In a smaller bowl, combine orange zest and juice, soy sauce and corn starch. Whisk to combine.
  3. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add beef and green onions. Sauté 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add orange juice mixture and cook an additional 2 minutes.
