Open Faced Turkey Apple Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 Wheat Round Top
  • 2 tbsp Dried Sweetened Cranberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 8 oz Oven roasted deli turkey, sliced
  • 1 Granny Smith apple(s), cored and sliced
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese slices, sliced

Instructions

  1. Set oven to low broil and place a foil over a baking sheet. Spread out bread and place under broiler for a few minutes. Set aside.
  2. Mix cranberries with mustard and mayo in a small bowl.
  3. Spread a thin layer of cranberry mustard on toasted bake shop rounds.
  4. Layer turkey, apples and cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
