Open Faced Tuna Melt

Ingredients
- 10 oz Solid white tuna packed in water
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Red onions, finely chopped
- 1 Fresh lemons, juiced
- 1/4 tsp Coarse Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 4 Crusty whole grain bread slices
- 1 Tomato, cut into 8 slices
- 4 Sliced provolone cheese
Instructions
- Heat broiler and place rack at the highest position.
- Combine tuna, mayo, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl and stir until combined.
- Place bread on a baking sheet and add 1/4 of tuna mixture to each slice of bread.
- Top tuna with 2 tomato slices and 1 slice of provolone.
- Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
