One Pan Tamale Pie

Unsaved One Pan Tamale Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Tamales, removed from husk
  • 11 oz Fully cooked ground beef
  • 15 oz Enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Corn chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray an 8" x 8" baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Place the unwrapped tamales into the baking dish. Top with warmed ground beef, enchilada sauce, cheese, then corn chips.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
