One Pan Herb Butter Chicken and Broccolini

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb Boneless skinless split chicken breasts
- 1 Small white onion, sliced
- 4 oz Herb butter cooking sauce
- 12 oz Broccolini
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan on medium-high. Brown chicken breasts about 5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan and set aside briefly.
- Place sliced onions in same pan and sauté about 2 minutes. Return chicken to pan and add cooking sauce. Reduce heat until sauce is simmering then cover pan for 10 minutes.
- Add broccolini, cover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Once chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF, serve with broccolini and sauce.
