One Pan Herb Butter Chicken and Broccolini

Unsaved One Pan Herb Butter Chicken and Broccolini

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb Boneless skinless split chicken breasts
  • 1 Small white onion, sliced
  • 4 oz Herb butter cooking sauce
  • 12 oz Broccolini

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large sauté pan on medium-high. Brown chicken breasts about 5 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan and set aside briefly.
  2. Place sliced onions in same pan and sauté about 2 minutes. Return chicken to pan and add cooking sauce. Reduce heat until sauce is simmering then cover pan for 10 minutes.
  3. Add broccolini, cover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Once chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF, serve with broccolini and sauce.
