5 min prep

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 oz Beef brisket steak burgers, about 1 pre-made brisket burger
  • 1 1/2 tsp H-E-B Prime Coarse Seasoning
  • 3 oz Whole baby bella mushrooms, about 1 cup sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh red onions, finely diced
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 14.5 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 8 oz Farfalle pasta
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Add oil, ground brisket and seasoning to pan. Break up burger and brown meat well, about 5 minutes.
  2. Thinly slice mushrooms and add to browned beef. Add diced onion and cook until mushrooms start to brown and onions soften, about 8 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add broth, sauce and pasta to pan. Stir well and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked "al dente." Remove lid. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to adjust thickness of sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
