Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Curly parsley, tightly packed
  • 1/3 cup Fresh mint, tightly packed
  • 1 cup Pitted olives, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Pitted kalamata olives, drained and rinsed
  • 3 Peeled Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes, plus more as needed for spice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until relatively smooth but some texture remains.
  2. Season to taste as needed. Serve over steak or any seafood or poultry dishes. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
