Olive Oil Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- 8 oz Sour cream
- 1/2 cup White onions, roughly chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves, lightly crushed, approximately 1/8 ounce
- 1/3 cup Fresh dill, leaves and tender stems only roughly chopped
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemons
- 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 1/2 cups Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a blender add sour cream, onions, garlic, dill, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and water. Blend until smooth.
- With blender running, slowly add oil until dressing thickens.
- Season to taste with lots of cracked pepper and salt as desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
