Olive Oil Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup White onions, roughly chopped
  • 3 Garlic cloves, lightly crushed, approximately 1/8 ounce
  • 1/3 cup Fresh dill, leaves and tender stems only roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemons
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 1/2 cups Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a blender add sour cream, onions, garlic, dill, oregano, thyme, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. With blender running, slowly add oil until dressing thickens.
  3. Season to taste with lots of cracked pepper and salt as desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
