No-Bake Chocolate-Peanut Butter Dessert

Ingredients

  • 18 Peanut butter sandwich cookies, finely crushed, about 2 cups, divided use
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 3.4 oz Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  • 3 fl oz Milk, cold, divided use
  • 2 oz Baker's Semi-Sweet 56% Cacao Baking Chocolate Bar, melted
  • 3.9 oz Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups Kraft Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Kraft Cool Whip Extra Creamy Whipped Topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine 1-1/2 cups cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, place peanut butter, dry vanilla pudding mix, and 1-1/2 cups milk in a medium bowl and beat with a mixer until blended. Set aside briefly.
  3. Combine chocolate pudding mix and remaining milk in a separate medium bowl and beat with a mixer for 2 minutes. Blend in melted chocolate and spread over the cookie crumb crust.
  4. Reserve 1 Tbsp. of remaining cookie crumbs for topping. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs over the chocolate layer. Cover with marshmallows, then spread peanut butter mixture over the top.
  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Top with Cool Whip just before serving and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
