New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp

Unsaved New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Raw large shrimp, shell on
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Bbq sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon pepper
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Lemons, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in a large bowl; add shrimp and toss to coat.
  3. Place shrimp and sauce in a large baking pan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and form the letter "C", stir occasionally during cooking.
  5. Remove from oven and serve shrimp on large platter with lemon slices and French bread if desired.
