Mustard Green Veggie Wraps with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Mustard greens, bunch
  • 2 Red bell peppers, cored, seeded and sliced
  • 1 Hot house cucumbers, cut into sticks
  • 2 cups Green beans, lightly steamed
  • 1 cup Broccoli slaw
  • 4 oz Hoisin dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash and separate mustard greens into individual leaves (they will act as the wrap).
  2. Wash and prepare vegetables.
  3. Fill mustard green leaves with 3-4 slices of red pepper, 1-2 sticks cucumber, and green beans. Sprinkle with broccoli slaw mix.
  4. Roll the mustard greens as you would a tortilla wrap.
  5. Serve with hoisin dipping sauce.
