Mustard Green Veggie Wraps with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Mustard greens, bunch
- 2 Red bell peppers, cored, seeded and sliced
- 1 Hot house cucumbers, cut into sticks
- 2 cups Green beans, lightly steamed
- 1 cup Broccoli slaw
- 4 oz Hoisin dipping sauce
Instructions
- Wash and separate mustard greens into individual leaves (they will act as the wrap).
- Wash and prepare vegetables.
- Fill mustard green leaves with 3-4 slices of red pepper, 1-2 sticks cucumber, and green beans. Sprinkle with broccoli slaw mix.
- Roll the mustard greens as you would a tortilla wrap.
- Serve with hoisin dipping sauce.
