  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, minced
  • 4 Pork chops, patted dry
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Whole grain mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl combine pecan coating mix and parsley. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Rub 1 tablespoon of mustard on each seasoned pork chop to coat all sides. Press into the pecan flour mixture then transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until temperature reads 150ºF at the thickest part of the pork. If crust starts to brown too much, cover the area with a piece of foil.
