Monterey Jack Spinach Mushroom Scramble

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Canola oil
- 2 tsp Red onions, chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms, thin sliced
- 1 cup Baby Spinach, thin sliced
- 1/8 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Liquid eggs
- 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Instructions
- Heat heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add canola oil, red onion, and mushrooms.
- Stir fry 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
- Add spinach leaves and crushed red pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add H-E-B Real Egg and cook until egg is at desired doneness.
- Top with cheese.
