Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease six (3.5-inch) Mini Lodge Cast Iron Skillets and set aside briefly.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy then beat in egg yolk and vanilla until incorporated.

  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until tops are set and golden around edges. Let cool in skillet on rack for at least 30 minutes or until completely cooled.
