M&M’S Mini Skillet Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup Butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 Large egg yolk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup M and M'S Holiday Milk Chocolate Candy, divided use
- 2 oz Vanilla candy coating
- 2 drops Green food color, plus more as needed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease six (3.5-inch) Mini Lodge Cast Iron Skillets and set aside briefly.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy then beat in egg yolk and vanilla until incorporated.

- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until tops are set and golden around edges. Let cool in skillet on rack for at least 30 minutes or until completely cooled.
