M&M’S Gingerbread Snowballs

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup M&M's Milk Chocolate Candy Holiday Bag, divided use
- 1 1/4 cups All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 7/8 tsp Ground cloves
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Molasses
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1 tsp White Sparkling Sugar Sprinkles
- 2 oz Vanilla candy coating
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and cloves then set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Divide dough into 12 portions and roll each portion into a ball. Transfer to parchment paper–lined cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until set and lightly golden. Let cool completely.

- Meanwhile, in a microwavable bowl, microwave vanilla candy coating, stirring every 30 seconds, for about 1 minute or until melted. Using 2 forks, dip each cookie into melted candy coating (or drizzle over cookies).
