Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and cloves then set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Divide dough into 12 portions and roll each portion into a ball. Transfer to parchment paper–lined cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until set and lightly golden. Let cool completely.
