Mixed Greens with Avocado and Mango

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Sucralose sweetner
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 oz Avocado
  • 6 oz Baby spring mix
  • 12 oz Frozen mango chunks, frozen, sliced
  • 4 Red onions, separated into rings
  • 1/2 cup Reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Mix sucralose pouch, lime, water, Hill Country Fare Louisiana Hot Sauce, and H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  2. Dip avocado slices in dressing and set aside.
  3. For salad, layer spinach and spring mix, dipped avocado slices, mango, onion, and feta in large salad bowl or arrange on platter.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
  5. Toss salad with dressing and serve.
