Miso Soup

Ingredients
- 48 fl oz Vegetable Broth
- 8 oz Extra firm tofu, sliced 1-inch thick
- 1/2 cup Green onion, chopped
- 6 tbsp Red miso paste
- 1 Roasted seaweed sea salt
Instructions
- Pour broth in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Add crushed seaweed chips and simmer several minutes.
- Place miso paste in a small bowl and whisk in some of the simmering broth. Return the broth and miso mixture to the pot.
- Add tofu and green onions and simmer an additional 4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
