Miso Chicken Salad

Unsaved Miso Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Boneless chicken breast tenders
  • 1/4 cup Japanese miso salad dressing
  • 1 qt Freezer bags
  • 9 oz Sweet garden crunch chopped salad kit

Instructions

  1. Place chicken tenders in a freezer bag. Add miso dressing, seal bag, and shake well.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400ºF.
  3. After 30 minutes, arrange chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. While chicken is cooking add the sweet crunch mix to a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of dressing and combine.
  5. When chicken is fully cooked chop and place over sweet crunch mix.
