Miso Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Boneless chicken breast tenders
- 1/4 cup Japanese miso salad dressing
- 1 qt Freezer bags
- 9 oz Sweet garden crunch chopped salad kit
Instructions
- Place chicken tenders in a freezer bag. Add miso dressing, seal bag, and shake well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400ºF.
- After 30 minutes, arrange chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- While chicken is cooking add the sweet crunch mix to a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of dressing and combine.
- When chicken is fully cooked chop and place over sweet crunch mix.
