Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Pure Cane Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a light simmer, remove from heat and allow syrup to cool.
  2. Remove mint and store mixture in a resealable container.
  3. Drizzle simple syrup on cakes to keep them moist or use in your favorite cocktail recipes.
