Mint Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh mint, leaves whole
- 1 Dragon fruit
Instructions
- Using a small pot bring water to a simmer.
- When water is simmering add sugar until it is dissolved.
- Remove pot from the stove and add black pepper, mint, and dragon fruit to the pot and allow carry over heat to release flavors from all three ingredients.
- Once pot is cooled off pour everything into a squeeze bottle and use over yogurt, drinks, or mixed fruit.
