Microwave Red Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lb Red potatoes, size c (about 12-14)
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2 White onions
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Wash potatoes, cut in half and place in a microwave-safe dish. Dot potatoes with butter.
- Cover and microwave on high power 8-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- While potatoes cook, chop green onions.
- Toss potatoes with green onions, salt and pepper.
- Cover to keep warm until ready to serve.
