Unsaved Mi Tienda Spice Roasted Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Mi Tienda All Purpose Seasoning, plus more as needed
  • 2 lb Colossal Argentine red head on shrimp, 9 - 12 ct., thawed if necessary
  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper, plus more as needed
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt, plus more as needed
  • 1 Medium lime, zest only

Instructions

  1. Place shrimp in a large bowl with lime zest, all purpose seasoning, olive oil, cilantro, salt and pepper.
  2. Toss well to coat, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow flavors to marinate.
  3. Preheat oven to 400ºF
  4. Place marinated shrimp on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and roast 20 to 25 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.
  5. Cool before serving or refrigerate and serve cold. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or cocktail sauce.
