Mi Tienda Spice Roasted Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Mi Tienda All Purpose Seasoning, plus more as needed
- 2 lb Colossal Argentine red head on shrimp, 9 - 12 ct., thawed if necessary
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper, plus more as needed
- 1 tsp Kosher salt, plus more as needed
- 1 Medium lime, zest only
Instructions
- Place shrimp in a large bowl with lime zest, all purpose seasoning, olive oil, cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Toss well to coat, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow flavors to marinate.
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Place marinated shrimp on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and roast 20 to 25 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.
- Cool before serving or refrigerate and serve cold. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or cocktail sauce.
