Unsaved Mexican "Torta" Sub

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Bolillo rolls, cut in half lengthwise
  • 15.5 oz Refried beans with jalapeño
  • 1 cup Medium pico de gallo
  • 1 Large avocado, seeded, peeled & sliced
  • 12 oz Fully cooked beef fajita strips
  • 1 cup Shredded Mexican style blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on the 2 top halves of the bread.
  2. Spread refried beans on the 2 bottom halves, then top with pico de gallo and avocado slices.
  3. Cook fajitas according to package instructions.
  4. Evenly layer fajitas and cheese on top of avocado, then cover with top halves of bread.
