Ingredients
- 6 Corn on the cob
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayo
- 3 tbsp Sour cream
- 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro, Chopped
- 2 tbsp Cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1 Garlic clove, Chopped
Instructions
- Grill, steam or boil corn until tender.
- Combine remaining ingredients except cheese in small bowl.
- Arrange hot corn on serving platter; cool 3 minutes.
- Drizzle with Mayonnaise mixture; turn to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
