Mesquite Rubbed BBQ Pork Ribs

Unsaved Mesquite Rubbed BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Mesquite seasoning, plus more as needed for seasoning ribs
  • 1 Rack of baby back pork ribs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Rinse ribs under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides of ribs liberally with mesquite seasoning. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Cover ribs and pan with foil and bake for 2 hours. Preheat grill to 400°F when you have 30 minutes left on the ribs.
  4. Remove ribs from oven and lay them on the grill for 7 to 10 minutes rotating until ribs just have a slight crust on one side.
  5. Let rest for at least 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce and sides.
