Melting Snowmen Cookie Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
  • 24 Peanut butter sandwich cookies, finely crushed
  • 12 oz Baker's Premium White Chocolate Baking Bar, melted
  • 48 Mini vanilla crème-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 2 tbsp Decorating icing

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside.
  2. Line a sheet pan with wax paper and set aside.
  3. Mix cream cheese and peanut butter cookie crumbs until blended.
  4. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls and place in a single layer in a shallow pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, dip balls in chocolate then place on prepared sheet pan, allowing excess chocolate to pool at the bottom. Decorate with remaining ingredients to resemble snowmen.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated.
  7. Chef's Tip: To easily coat balls with melted chocolate, add balls in batches and use 2 forks to roll them until evenly coated. Remove with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into the bowl. Transfer to prepared pan and let stand until firm.
