Unsaved Melon Berry Smoothie Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 Cantaloupe, peeled and diced
  • 3/4 cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 34 fl oz Unsweetened sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Combine cantaloupe, yogurt, frozen berries and orange juice. Stir in sparkling water.
  2. Pour into cups and cover each with foil. Pierce the center of the foil with a small knife and slide the craft stick down inside the cup.
  3. Freeze approximately 4 hours.
