Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 English Toasting Bread slices, Sliced
  • 1/4 cup The Mediterranean Chef Babaganus
  • 1/2 cup English cucumber, thin slice
  • 2 Roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/8 tsp Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub
  • 1 tsp Lemon(s), juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Toast bread in pan with olive oil until golden brown, about two minutes.
  3. Spread babaganus on both sides of toasted bread.
  4. Layer English cucumber, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives and crumbled goat cheese on top of babaganus.
  5. Season sandwich with Adams Reserve House Rub and squeeze lemon juice over top.
  6. Top with second piece of bread and serve.
