Ingredients

  • 1/2 Small Red onion, thin sliced
  • 2 tbsp Pepperoncinis, sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemons, juiced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and sliced
  • 8 cups Field greens salad mix
  • 10 oz Light tuna in water
  • 1 Fresh garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Toss together red onion, pepperoncinis, Italian seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, field greens, tuna and garlic in a large bowl.
