Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Fully Cooked Homestyle Meatballs
  • 13 oz Marinara Pasta Sauce
  • 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8 oz Pizza Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 2 Frozen pizza crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place meatballs on a microwavable plate and defrost for 2 minutes. Cut in half.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and meatballs, and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until meatballs start to brown and get crispy around the edges. Remove from heat.
  3. Divide sauce between frozen pizza crusts. Arrange meatball halves on top followed by a generous amount of cheese spread all the way out to the edges.
  4. Bake pizzas for 8 to 10 minutes or until crusts are golden brown and cheese is melted and starting to brown.
  5. Chef's Note: To get a crispy brown edge on the cheese, bump the oven temperature up to broil for 1 minute before removing pizzas.
