Ingredients
- 3 Peeled Garlic Cloves, smashed
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Combine everything into a wide mouthed mason jar and purée with an immersion blender until thick and emulsified.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate for up to 3 to 4 days.
