Mariscada Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 cup Purple Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 Tilapia
- 2 tbsp Fish Market Costal Blend Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro Cotija Dressing
Instructions
- Begin heating large cast iron skillet.
- While skillet is heating up thinly slice purple cabbage, cilantro and place into a medium size mixing bowl.
- Add cilantro cotija dressing to the bowl and mix together for later use building the tacos.
- In the skillet warm corn tortillas and keep warm.
- Once tortillas are done being warmed add oil to the skillet.
- Season both sides of the tilapia and place into the skillet cooking for 4 minutes each side.
- Remove tilapia from the pan and begin building tacos.
- Place a tortilla on a plate topping with cabbage slaw and garnish with a squeeze of fresh lime over the top.
- Repeat this process for the rest of the tacos.
