Marinated Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 8 Bone-in lamb loin chops, cut 1-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 2 tbsp Pure Honey
  • 6 Fresh garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine lamb and the remaining ingredients in a gallon zip-close bag.
  2. Toss to coat and marinate in refrigerator 45 to 60 minutes.
  3. Heat charcoal until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on high 10 minutes with lid closed.
  4. Grill lamb chops 4-inches from medium heat.
  5. Cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until lamb reaches an internal temperature of 140°F for medium doneness.
  6. Remove from grill and serve while hot.
