Ingredients

  • 8 oz Organic firm tofu, drained, patted dry, and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  • 4 oz Sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup Mini tri color peppers, sliced into rings, seeds removed
  • 1/2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 Tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add tofu cubes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned on each side.
  2. Add snap peas and peppers and cook for 1 minute. Stir sriracha and maple syrup together in a small bowl and add to skillet. Toss until well coated and serve.
