Maple Bacon Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 cup Pancake mix
- 1 oz Slices fully cooked bacon
- 2/3 cup Water
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Mix water, oil, maple syrup and pancake mix; Blend well (somewhat lumpy batter makes light, fluffy waffles).
- Heat chopped bacon in microwave according to package directions.
- Spoon 1/4 cup batter into hot iron and immediately add approximately 1 tablespoon bacon per waffle.
- Close waffle iron and cook according to waffle iron directions.
