Mango Pineapple Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ripe pineapple, cubed (about 1/2 a medium sized pineapple, peeled and cored)
  • 1 Large mango, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 13 1/2 fl oz Can of coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Limes, juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh mint, leaves only, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Zero calorie monk fruit sweetener

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple, mango, coconut milk, lime juice, mint and monk fruit sweetener to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least an hour, or until frozen solid.
