Machiko’s Easy Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients
- 16 oz Linguine pasta noodles
- 12 oz Bacon
- 14 oz Classic coleslaw base
- 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
- 2.5 oz Soy sauce
- 2.5 oz Oyster sauce
- 2.5 oz Ketchup
- 2.5 oz Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Granulated sugar
- 0.2 oz Salt
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Place a large sauté pan over medium heat and cook the bacon. Once cooked, remove bacon from pan, reserving fat in the pan. Chop cooked bacon into smaller pieces and set aside.
- Add coleslaw to the same pan and toss to combine. Cook over medium heat until cabbage has softened, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- While cabbage cooks, make the sauce. Add remaining ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until combined.
- When cabbage has softened, add noodles to the pan along with the sauce. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes to reduce. Remove from heat and toss in the bacon pieces.
