Luscious Baked Brie with Pineapple Habanero Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Sheet of puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
  • 8 oz Brie Wheel
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sauce
  • 1 Large Eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay thawed sheet of puff pastry on top of a foil lined cookie sheet.
  2. Place the brie in the center of the puff pastry sheet (leave the rind on the brie). Spoon pineapple habanero sauce on top of brie and fold the sheets around the brie until completely covered.
  3. Brush puff pastry with beaten egg. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cool 8 to 10 minutes then place on a serving dish, slice open and serve with crackers.
