Ingredients

  • 1 Sola Plain Bagel
  • 2 tbsp Chive cream cheese
  • 2 oz Fresh tomato, washed, core removed, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 oz Red onion, sliced 1/4 thick
  • 2 oz Smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp Capers, drained

Instructions

  1. Split and toast bagel to desired doneness. Spread cream cheese on cut side of each half, followed by a slice of tomato and onion, half of salmon, and capers. Serve immediately.
