Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 Gluten free pepperoni pizza, cooked according to package directions
  • 6 oz Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz Ranch dressing
  • 1.5 oz Chopped black olives, drained
  • 2 oz Hot sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Cut pizza in half, then make 5 evenly spaced perpendicular cuts. You should end up with 10 to 12 strips that are 1 inch wide by 2 to 3 inches long.
  2. Place a non-stick pan over high heat. Add 3/4 of an ounce of shredded Parmesan in a 1 X 2 inch rectangle. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Lay a pizza strip crust-side down on top of melted cheese and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Top pizza with 3/4 ounce of Parmesan, flip pizza and cook 4 minutes or until cheese is browned and crispy. Repeat with remaining cheese and pizza slices.
  4. Pile pizza sticks on a plate and drizzle with ranch dressing. Sprinkle olives and jalapeños over the top. Serve immediately.
