Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sliced green onion
  • 2 oz Thick mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 oz Cauliflower florets
  • 4 slices Fully cooked hickory smoked bacon

Instructions

  1. Place a small piece of foil on the bottom of an air fryer.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and spray lightly with oil. Roast at 375ºF for 10 to 15 minutes, tossing once, until tender.
  3. Top with cheese, bacon, and green onions. Roast until cheese is melted.
